The beamed ceilings and walls, exposed stone fireplace with an old bread oven and decorative wood-burning stove, make this rustic living area the perfect place to curl up on the sofa in front of the TV.

Sea Lane is an old route to the sea and the fossil laden shore. It passes the 'little white church' remarked upon by Wordsworth. Little will have changed since he and Coleridge visited the churchyard, or indeed, the old village hostelry. Perfect for a quiet getaway, yet close to larger towns and resorts, No 1 Thatch can be highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

However , the place would be better served with a combi boiler and a bigger TV. Also the area itself has few amenities and the local beach is a joke !
