About this property
This charming cottage is located in the pretty fishing village of Appledore and only minutes away from the harbour. The village is rich in maritime heritage, with its quaint cobbled streets to stroll down lined with craft shops, galleries, cafes and pubs. Enjoy crabbing from the harbour, which is also a lovely place to sit on one of the benches enjoying the views across the estuary to Instow, or catch the little passenger ferry that takes you across at certain times of the year. Only 2 miles away, is the popular seaside village of Westward Ho!, which can be reached via the South West Coast Path on foot. Its long sandy beach is popular for activities such as surfing, kite flying and sandcastle building. Other places close by to explore include The Big Sheep and the Milky Way adventure parks, both within 11 miles.

The sumptuous sofas and warming wood burner make this a delightful place to rest your weary feet after a busy day. Enjoy catching up on a box set on the Smart TV with your family and friends. The cottage-style kitchen/diner is a real social hub to enjoy whipping up some favourite meals whilst chatting about the adventures of the day. There is also a shower room and WC on the ground floor.
