A stroll along the promenade to the east will lead you to Bowleaze Cove and up the hill to Overcombe, here you can have a nice coffee and enjoy exceptional views across Weymouth and Portland. Discover more of the Jurassic Coastline; Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are both just a short drive away, as are Portland Bill and Chesil Beach.     Unless very good double glazing was installed in the bedrooms, I would recommend ear plugs for light sleeper. Don’t underestimate the fact they have stated noise from bustling centre! Especially weekends. However the apartment was nice, does need a good deep clean. Few items probably better to be replaced. Had everything you could possibly need, very spacious. Main bed wasn’t very comfortable, could be solved with new mattress. Shower seemed to be blocked, anything more than a minute in there each time and it filled up, same with the toilet in the same space, We didn’t chance using this toilet most of the week. Off road parking is ideal, could be fairly tight if all spaces were filled.. unless you had a very small car. We managed fine with our estate getting in and out luckily all bays weren’t full. Very convenient for shops,beach and overall amenities, ideally located. For value for money can’t complain, could only recommend for future of above stated replacements for a 100% feedback.

    . Off-street parking was great and although limited room it was fine for my Fiesta. Lift to the apartment was working well. Apartment is light and airy. Plenty of equipment. A bit noisy Friday and Saturday nights as revelers return home but to be expected when so close to the facilities. It was not a problem. Bed could do with a new mattress. You could feel the springs poking through and we had to cover with a spare duvet. Apartment could do with a good dusting. Some of the kitchen pans & utensils need a good clean or replacement. Overall a good stay and value for money

    The cleanliness of the sink in the kitchen was not good not really clean and it had left over food from previous guest The toilets could doing with cleaning better as the bowl where stained using a good haptic tablet and clean combination would get that off easily The plumbing in the en-suite was poor as the shower did not drain well and the toilet did not alway drain when flushed it would take 2 flushes and we had to unblock the toilet the first few days of the stay and the fact there was a plugger next to toilets was not a good sign when we arrived the toilet in the main bathroom the flush was running and we sorted that out There also cobwebs in parts of the flat
