Its location means you will want to run out of the door in the morning, and its classic charm will entice you home to relax later in the day.

Snuggle up in front of the wood burner effect gas fire on chilly nights or enjoy the garden space on milder evenings. The conservatory is a fantastic, tranquil space in which to curl up with a book and enjoy the natural light before the night rolls in. Upstairs, enjoy a soak in the bath, then retreat to the bedrooms which offer relaxing spaces to rest sleepy heads.

Less than 1 mile from the local beach, you can hire kayaks and take to the water to discover hidden gems and coves around each and every corner. Walk the South West Coast Path for breathtaking vantage points of the ocean. 14 miles away on the coast path and accessible by car, the majestic Valley of The Rocks offers awe-inspiring views across the sea and towards Wales. Fun for all of the family can be had 2.5 miles away at Watermouth Castle, and at Watermouth Cove those adventurous characters can try their hand at jet skiing and coasteering amongst other water sports. The National Trust’s Heddon Valley offers stunning walks and a beautiful inn 5.5 miles away; visit the peacocks that wander freely here and enjoy a pub supper after your walk.
