Very peaceful. We observed lots of wildlife from the Lodge - deer, squirrels, two types of woodpecker etc.! Lovely walks through the village and beyond. Shame we couldn't stay longer.

Could do with more coat hooks for hanging coats etc. No shelf in shower downstairs to place shower gel or shampoo on, very difficult not to splash walls and floor when in downstairs shower. Personal choice but few more medium sized pans would be useful and spatula in kitchen. Overall good and would stop again.

.in a great location and very peaceful. The wildflower garden looked great although the deer that visited ignored the Keep Off sign!! The only negative thing was a lack of storage space for any food. The property is in a lovely village..we would definitely come again.
